Prepping:
· Gather all your ingredients.
· Pre-measure your ingredient.
· Place your ingredients in the freezer for 15 minutes before using them.
Ingredients: This recipe consists of dairy ingredients. I used high-fat ingredients for this recipe. The texture for this recipe is thick and creamy. If you use low-fat ingredients for this recipe, the texture will change. It will be more of a soft-serve consistency. For this recipe, you will need:
· 2 cups heavy whipping cream
· 1 cup vanilla coffee creamer
· 1 tbsp vanilla
· ½ cup condensed milk
· 3.5 oz mini Chips Ahoy cookies
· 3.5 oz mini Oreo cookies
· 2 tbsp blue food coloring
· 8 oz package of decorative eyeballs
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, incorporate all your liquid ingredients.
2. Use an electric mixer and whip your ingredients until they are somewhat fluffy. This should take approximately 5 minutes.
3. Once you have whipped your cream, add your food coloring and fold it in well.
4. Add one canister of cookies at a time and continue to fold your ingredients into your cream mixture.
5. Place your mixture into a freezer container and allow it to freeze for about 6 hours. Freezing your mixture overnight is best.
Topper Tips:
1. You do not want to whip your ingredients to stiff peaks. This will make your ice cream brittle. You want a rich and creamy consistency.
2. Fold your food coloring into the mixture well. You do not want clumps of color in your mixture.
3. You can combine different hues of blue until you get the desired blue color.
4. Fold in your color and cookies as you do not want to overwhip your ingredients.
